A message dated April 24, 2012, was read stating the Governor signed                                                            
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 65                                                                                                           
    "An Act making regional Native housing authorities eligible to                                                              
    receive grants through the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation
